Tony is a master coach who has walked with hundreds of senior leaders in painful transitions, helping them encounter God deeply on the journey. He has walked through great loss himself, and experienced the profound goodness of God within it. Tony founded the Leadership MetaFormation Institute, which uses innovative, experiential encounters to train participants in the art of engaging from the heart. He also runs Coach22.com, an on-line coaching bookstore, and has helped found a well-known coaching school and an organization that provides coaching to leaders in the developing world. Tony has authored ten books, including the best-selling Coaching Questions and Leadership Coaching.
Kathy is Director of the Leadership MetaFormation Institute, which trains leaders in heart-engaging, as well as a certified coach, retreat leader and spiritual director who specializes in helping women encounter God deeply and develop intimacy with him. Her life message is about learning to trust in the God who is already at work on your behalf. Kathy and Tony have been married for 28 years, reside in Redding, California and have two college-age children.
Sarah's deepest desire is to embrace the journey of transformation that Christ brings to the deepest places of the soul, both in her life and as a fellow pilgrim on the path with others. She brings a background of training and experience as a spiritual director, counselor, retreat facilitator, college professor and life coach. Her own story of growth in the midst of great challenge informs her perspective on the goodness of God in the midst of struggle. She values contemplation, encounter, presence, and authenticity in her relationships with God and others.
Sarah co-facilitates LMI workshops and offers spiritual direction to participants. A long-time resident of Redding, California, Sarah enjoys being in nature, working with healing oils and being part of a team.
